Supporting our members' emotional health and wellness

Project Chamai is an organization-wide effort to support the emotional health and wellbeing of our members by integrating market-leading digital therapeutics into clinical practice, and offering our members the right tools and resources they need to get through challenges, learn more about their own minds and bodies, and build resilience for the future.

Shared Agenda.jpg

Bringing Strategic Initiatives to Life at the Front Lines

Led design sprints to accelerate the spread of existing clinical best practices for Head and Neck surgery to other medical centers. We demonstrated the value of new ways of working together by using human-centered design as a key approach in combination with performance improvement and agile methods.
